It marks an important step in the development of their collaborative practice as decolonial knowledge production. The exhibition brings together key individual works and collaborative projects. This creates a space in which history, memory and representation are examined from indigenous, Black and anti-colonial perspectives.
Within this framework, 𝘚𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘵𝘦𝘳 positions artistic practice as a space for both critical reflection and embodied engagement with contested histories and their ongoing material and political effects. In the German context, the exhibition opens a dialogue on colonial legacies that remain embedded in cultural and spatial structures.
